In the heart of Minervois, "La Pinsonniere" guest house (bed and breakfast) and gite, between the departments of Aude and Herault welcomes you to the beautiful Cathare country. We offer five guest rooms in our guesthouse in Livinière, each with its own unique charm and offering luxurious facilities. It is the perfect base for you to enjoy the Minervois.

Enjoy sightseeing; sample some of the famous Minervois wines. Enjoy the region by bicycle (mountain bike hire is available) or just relax round the pool or enjoy a game of table tennis, pétanque, badminton or croquet.

Our bed and breakfast accommodation and self-catering gite also invites you to sample our evening meal, using locally grown seasonal produce and authentic regional recipes (24 hours notification required, please) and to try our Livinière wines when available.
